Users and resellers are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan. Payments are due on the specified billing date.

Refund Policy:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our hosting services. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a refund, excluding any applicable fees.
